Just completed the classroom and pool portion of the Open Water Scuba Diving class this weekend. Steve, Ellen, Ernie, and Gabriel were all fantastic!! Sam went above and beyond in helping me find a mask that worked for me. I would recommend Skin N Scuba to anyone interested in learning to scuba dive or build on a current PADI Certification. I can’t wait until we can take the Advanced Open Water Diver and other specialty classes.

Skin N Scuba is by far the best dive shop in the KC area!!

Hello Friend,.. for sure the purpose of the Discover Scuba is to allow folks to try scuba in our pool in full scuba gear. Starts out with a quick briefing,.. then time in the shallow end of the pool before moving into a little deeper water. However,this experience moves at a slow pace so as not to introduce too much too soon. Discover Scuba allows folks to an opportunity to try scuba before committing to a full course. I am interested in getting certified and want to get my fiance interested, but she is skeptical of if she will like it or not. Is this a course where she will actually have the gear on for a short period of time so she can scuba and see if she would be interested? I can’t tell exactly from the description.

Hi! I just wanted to thank you all at Skin N Scuba for an incredible year of diving!! I have tried to find a good dive store here in Norway, but nothing is like Skin N Scuba!! You have good service, good equiptment, and a really good and friendly staff!! You always feel like you are at home when you visit the store! And on the trips you feel like you are traveling with your family! Definitely a great place to do scubadiving and have a scubachat! :) Thank you Sam, and Skin N Scuba for everything!

This last week-end (6&7 Aug. 2011) I did my rescue divers cert. It was the hardest but most rewarding course I’ve ever taken so far at SNS. It make you appreciate how hard you work and how hard the instructors work to get you qualified. I can not say enough about this class and how you feel after you get certified.

My wife is need of completing her certification. However, we have commitments on Sundays that will not allow us to dive on those days. Is there any way to complete the open water certification on days other than Sundays?

The wonderful SkinnScuba staff and instructors have opened up a whole new beautiful underwater world for me to explore and enjoy! Thank You! A man who knows no stranger. Sam ensures you feel welcomed right at home in his shop. Answers any question and helps you find what your looking for. THE BEST! My Open Water instructor, Steve, was encouraging, knowledgable and a great teacher. Fun class learning so many underwater skills while practicing for incidentals that could happen while diving in the real world. I just returned from the Florida Keys celebrating my “Brand New” Open Water Certification! My husband and I dove the Looe Key Reef and Sombrero Reef in the Flordia Keys. An amazing diving trip I’ll remember always. Thank you SkinnScuba for helping me live life to the fullest! I’m excited and honored to be a part of the SkinnScuba family as a new certified scuba diver!
