We pulled this discussion over, from our Facebook page. thinking visitors to the website might enjoy seeing a few comments dropped by friends who just got back from a Skin-n-Scuba trip. Scan through these trip reports and you’ll see why the group (not me) named it “Dive Camp”.
Two points I guess I want to get across here: first, join us on Facebook; but second, and more important, join us on one of our upcoming trips. These group dive trips are a blast. There’s nothing like making friends for life, on a dive trip of a lifetime, ya’ know?

Ok I don’t know much about facebook so my commet was not put on the dicussion page the first time. I flunk at this high tech communication stuff.
“Cozumel was a great trip. We had excellent weather, good food and the kind of diving everyone dreams of. The dive masters there went out of their way to make us feel welcome and made sure the dives were the best they could be. There was plenty of underwater adventure. Lots of colorful fish, great reefs & we even encountered sharks & giant eels. There were old friends on the trip & we made several new ones. There was plenty of good daily discussions on ways to improve & make diving even more enjoyable. Thanks Sam for leading those & sharing valuable diving tips with us. As always we will be looking forward to our next trip with Skin & Scuba.”

Great accolades to Sam and Skin and Scuba for organizing and hosting a fabulous dive excursion to Cozumel. Had I known about these types of opportunities to go on group dive trips through our locally owned shop in the past I would have become certified years ago. This experience was outstanding, we had nice accommodations with very friendly and helpful service. Having our main dive operation on site was a nice perk, it allowed us to keep and maintain our equipment with ease. The relationship Sam had with the dive operators opened doors for us to experience the best of diving in Cozumel. Everyday was a new adventure full of rich experiences and valuable training and dive education. I can’t wait for my next trip with Skin and Scuba.

I came from Seattle to meet up with all these folks from Kansas City! I had a blast! I concur that the “Sam-inars” were a great way to help reinforce important dive topics while drinking pina colodas! The accommodations were great, the diving was fantastic, and all my new dive buddies were the best part of the trip! I would highly recommend Sam and Skin N’ Scuba and am looking forward to joining another trip, hopefully in the not-too-distant future!
Great dives with the group from Skin-n-Scuba. I especially liked the dive on Devil’s Throat! What a rush.

Cozumel was my second dive trip with Skin-n-Scuba and I couldn’t have asked for a better time.
We had 3 dive instructors on the trip along with a course director, talk about feeling safe and learning new skills the whole time.
Sam (course director) did daily seminars on the deck of the dive shop on all kinds of specialties’. I was able to gleam information on ones that I already certified on and pass a few new ones.
I can’t wait to travel with them again…(52 days and counting).

This was my first dive trip and it couldn’t have been better. It was safe, professional and personal. We had fun people in the group and that added to the quality of the trip. I came home with a new group of diving friends and lots of great memories. Sam runs a great system.

Thank you Sam and all the instructors from Skin-n-Scuba! I found the seminars in the afternoons after our diving to be very informative; the timing of them was great. We were able to discuss the day’s dives, while they were fresh in our minds. As the least experienced diver by far, I truly appreciated everyone in our dive group as well as our dive master and crew, for their kindness in helping me along. It was great to learn so much and have such a wonderful time too! I enjoyed meeting everyone and hope to get to dive with them again!

Wow! Where to start? Everything I’ve seen and experienced from Skin-n-Scuba has been so well done. The customer service is second to none, the attention to detail and safety is outstanding, and there is even a special “shower service” for the ladies on these dive trips provided by Sam!
The trip to Cozumel, for me, was a lifelong dream come true….I got to dive in some of the prettiest locations on the planet with a wonderful group of people…I think everyone had a wonderful time. Everyone felt that the trip was put together really well by Sam and Skin n Scuba. The dive operation at Cozumel seemed first rate as well.
The afternoon “Sam”inars were not only very informative, but fun as well…
I hope this is only my first trip of many with the folks at Skin n Scuba.

I have been on a quite a few dive trips before, and this was a great one. As an instructor, I really appreciate Sam’s attention to detail. It is easy to relax and let someone else do all the planning and coordinating. Our local dive crew was able to handle all the needs of newer divers, but gave a lot of lattitude to those with experience. Because of his local relationships, Sam was able to get us to some dive sites that many cattle boats never visit. My wife and I will be looking forward to another trip with Sam ASAP.
